Annual Reports
Annual reports, produced in the spring, are dated the following year and in earlier years consisted only of the president’s message.
In the oldest binder (1941-73) there were no annual reports until 1952. That report and those in 1957 and 1958 were a brief hand-written reports of the year written by the secretary. By 1961 they were written by the president and called the president’s annual report. We have them for the following years: 1961, 1962, 1963, 1966, 1967, 1968, 1970, 1972, 1973. They continue in the 1973-83 binder (and by 1980 interest groups were added to the president’s message): 1974 to 1977, 1979, 1980, 1981.
Printed and for now in a separate hanging folder we have the following, which now contain several pages, have the president’s message and many different reports from committees and interest groups: 1983, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1989, 1990 to 1993, 1995, 1999 to 2003, 2008, 2010, and 2011.
We have the electronic copy for 2012, but it has the president’s report only.
From 2013 to the present annual reports are on the website.
Programs
The program dates, the same as those for the presidents, indicate start of the year in September.
There are some programs in the old binders (1941-73 and 1973-83), but there are lots of cutting from The Nugget covering guest speakers at some of the meetings.
The following programs also include a list of the executive: 1983, 1987, 1990, 1994.
We are missing programs from 1995 to 2007.
We have programs on coloured paper (but no longer listing the executive) from 2007, 2009, 2010, 2012-2015. From 2016 to 2020 we have programs printed on white paper with the CFUW green and blue banner. Starting in 2021 we stopped printing programs and distributed them by email. They are on the website from 2018 to the present.
